Side effects of hip-hop...

"When hiphop started,it was produced & created by people who loved it. Once corporate America realized it was outselling Luther Vandross & what they call 'music', they trashed it like they do everything else." Lady B

See,that's the problem...the fact that rappers were outselling a Luther Vandross in the first place,I got bored with rap really quick. When I was in high school,in the late 80s, I spent more time listening to Prince's Sign 'o' The Times & Lovesexy albums than rap, but I noticed the people around me neglecting real musicians & bands to focus on rappers. So,the idiotic masses lay the groundwork for what the record companies would do, & now, each decade since, the "music" gets worse & worse. Its not just the lyrical content that has dumbed people down, I think the lack of musicianship has done more damage, you get more from a song that has actual instrumentation than some mess that's just "beats"...you get intellectual stimulation as well as an emotional connection to what you're hearing.

AND..

It speaks volumes about Wendy Williams, that she would have Mr.Tip Drill on her tv show yesterday, not that I'm surprised, considering the people she glorifies on that show & the kind of sleazy things she talked about on her old radio show ...which makes sense considering those radio stations were basically hiphop stations with a little bit of R&B thrown in, if you wanna call that R&B. Most R&B of the late 90s & beyond is more hiphop than soul anyway!

And shame on  Queen Latifah for having that Nikki Minaj on her show-a video vixen in her own videos(!)- she said something about Lil Wayne discovering her or whatever......now,what kind of a woman would associate with a fool who raps about his sluts having oral sex with his dog?

Think about that.................

Her twitter has 17 million simpletons...oops,I mean followers.......and an audience of women going crazy over her.

SICK!
